2. Eligibility
To use our service, you must:

- Be legally single — not currently married or in a legally recognized domestic partnership (unless separated or in the process of divorce/dissolution)
- Be genuinely seeking a serious, committed long-term relationship or marriage
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in your application
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
3. The Application Process
Submitting an application does not guarantee membership or the provision of matchmaking services. All applications are reviewed by our team. Acceptance into the program is subject to our assessment of suitability, availability, and compatibility with our existing member network.
By submitting an application, you consent to being contacted by our team to discuss your application and potential membership.
4. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, your identity, relationship status, financial circumstances, physical attributes, and relationship intentions. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate termination of service without refund.
You agree to promptly inform us of any material changes to your circumstances (e.g., change in relationship status, relocation, change in intentions).
5. No Guarantee of Results
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the success of introductions, the compatibility of matches, or the conduct of any individual introduced through our service.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. In return, you agree:
- Not to disclose the identity, personal details, or contact information of any person introduced to you through our service without their explicit consent
- Not to use information obtained through our service for any purpose other than genuine pursuit of a relationship
- Not to share introductions, profiles, or communications from our service on social media or public platforms
Breach of confidentiality obligations may result in immediate termination of service and may give rise to legal liability.
7. Code of Conduct
You agree to conduct yourself with respect, honesty, and integrity in all interactions arranged through our service. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, intimidation, or abusive behavior toward any person introduced through our service
- Misrepresentation of your intentions or circumstances to a match
- Using contact information obtained through our service for solicitation, commercial purposes, or any purpose other than the intended relationship
- Any conduct that is unlawful, harmful, or contrary to the spirit of the service
8. Fees and Payment
Details of membership fees, payment terms, and refund policies are communicated individually to accepted clients as part of the onboarding process. All fees are outlined in a separate membership agreement. By accepting our membership offer and making payment, you agree to the specific fee terms presented at that time.
Unless otherwise stated in your membership agreement, fees paid are non-refundable once the matchmaking process has commenced.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, logos, and photographs — is the property of Maison US Consulting LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maison US Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to damages related to the conduct or actions of any person introduced through the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct detrimental to our clients, staff, or reputation. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New Hampshire, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
